This guide explains how to add Inora as a custom tile in the Microsoft 365 App Launcher. This allows users to easily access Inora directly from their Microsoft 365 environment.

Add Inora as a Custom Tile
- Sign in to the Microsoft 365 admin center.
- Navigate to Settings > Org settings, and select the Organization profile tab.
- Select Custom tiles for Apps > Add a custom tile.
- Configure the tile with the following details:
- Tile name: Inora
- URL of website: Enter your organization's specific Inora URL (e.g.,
https://[your-org].[inora.ai](<http://inora.ai>)).
- URL of the image: Enter the URL for the Inora logo icon.
- Note: The image should be 60x60 pixels and accessible without authentication.
- Description: AI Assistant for Healthcare
- Select Save to create the custom tile.
The Inora tile will appear within the next 24 hours in the app launcher under the All tab for you and your users.

Tip: If you do not see the custom tile, ensure you have an Exchange Online mailbox assigned and have signed into it at least once.

Edit or Delete the Custom Tile
- In the admin center, go to Settings > Org Settings > Organization profile.
- Select Custom tiles for Apps.
- Select the three dots next to the Inora custom tile.
- To Edit: Select Edit custom tile, update the details, and click Save.
- To Delete: Select Delete custom tile, then confirm by selecting Delete.
